I have been in Real Estate for 20+ years. After many years of residential sales and working with Builders, in the tri county area, I have spent the last 10 years in talent acquisition, training and coaching agents, in the real estate industry. My passion is to see Agents, excel both in their personal lives as well as in their real estate business.

I show agents how utilizing systems and processes can leverage the tasks required to have a successful business, so they can focus on what is most important, their clients and procuring more sales opportunities.

Outside of Real Estate, I have 3 children, six little grandchildren and enjoy family time the most! Hiking, camping, kayaking, and being outdoors are the activities I love to fill the day
