Amanda Smith was our realtor and we would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell or buy a house. We contacted a few realtors and it was obvious Amanda was the right realtor for us. We contacted her Wednesday morning and that morning she took photos and had them posted that night after a full day of working with other clients We had over 50 showings from Thursday to Sunday with numerous offers.
